• Crawl websites to discover pages and links
• Validate sitemap.xml files
• Generate comprehensive audit reports
• Track crawling progress in real-time

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Verify your email address before using the Service
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Membership & Usage Limits

The Service operates on a membership-based system with different tiers:

• Each membership level has specific crawl limits per month
• Limits include maximum crawl depth and page count
• Usage limits reset monthly (every 30 days)
• Exceeding limits will prevent new audit creation

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Crawl websites without authorization from the website owner
• Violate any robots.txt directives or website policies
• Overload or disrupt servers or networks
• Collect personal information without consent
• Engage in any illegal or malicious activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service

6. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair usage and system stability:

• Maximum 10 audits per IP address per hour
• Maximum 5 concurrent audits running at any time
• Maximum execution time: 6 hours per audit
• Audits may be queued during high traffic

7. Data & Reports

Regarding audit reports and data:

• Reports are retained for 30 days
• You are responsible for downloading reports within this period
• We reserve the right to delete older reports
• Audit data may be used for service improvement (anonymized)

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GeekyAnts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Audit results will be 100% accurate
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The Service is free from viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Website Auditor or GeekyAnts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
